I love shopping coldwater creek and do it quite frequently. Their products are
of good quality. They also carry a wide variety of sizes from petite to plus
sizes. Most stores online will have only a few items available in petite and
plus sizes, but at coldwater creek almost every item is available in the plus
or petite sizes. So if you fit into one of these size categories you don't have
to go looking for the items that are in your size, almost all of them are.
They carry everything from clothing to housewares to jewelry. I have only ordered
one thing from housewares, a comforter set, but was pleased with it. I have
ordered several jewelry items and found them to be of good quality, the kinds
of things you might have to go to an art show to find. I usually purchase clothing.

Almost everything I have purchased from coldwater creek I have liked. I have
paid full price for a few items, but generally shop their outlet. They have
an excellent outlet selection and the prices there can be quite good. For example,
coldwater creek featured a matching mother daughter Christmassy ensemble. I
liked the daughter dress but thought 50 dollars was a little high. I waited
until it went onsale at the outlet and paid less than 15 dollars for it. I couldn't
go to walmart and buy her a cute Christmas dress for that!

I have returned a few items over the past few years and the return policy has
always been quite easy. This is just a great store that stands behind their products.
The delivery is very fast. I shop online all the time, I have ordered from Old
navy, domestications, amazon, etoys, buy.com, egadgets, think geek.com, eddie
bauer, macys, chadwicks, lillian vernon, American girl, storybook heirlooms,
etc etc. and of all these coldwater creek has consistently been
the fastest shipper for regular delivery.

The web site has good performance, My only complaint about the performance is
that sometimes during sales they sell out so fast that I will put something
in my cart and it is already out of stock. It is much better then many stores
about this. (old navy and Kohls were the worst about still having
items listed in unavalable sizes)

If you wish to buy with coldwater creek, always shop online and take advantage
of their coupons. I will find things I like in the catalog and then go online
to buy it because there is always a card inserted in the catalog with 5 dollars
off 25 dollar or more orders from the internet, or there are usually other coupons
available elsewhere online (like 15 dollars off 75). I open up google and type
in coldwater creek coupons and that pulls up links to people who have coldwater
creek coupon codes for the month with uplinks to the coldwater creek site. Since
we don't have a coldwater creek in my state I don't have to pay tax.

I ranked the price as average because their full priced items are higher than I like to
pay Bottom line, this is a great store that stands behind their products, they have
fast delivery, a wide range of sizes, easy returns, a wide range of products, and
coupons to sweeten the deal.
